Politique de garantie des prix

Si vous trouvez un article en stock identique à celui d’un détaillant québécois autorisé annoncé à un prix plus bas, montrez-nous simplement le prix et nous l’égalerons.

Veuillez noter que cette politique ne s'applique pas au produit Magic: The Gathering®, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! et les bandes dessinées.

Remboursements et retours

Les billets d'événement, les précommandes et les articles à prix réduit sont la vente finale et ne sont donc pas remboursables.

Vous avez 30 jours a partir de l'achat d'un produit pour effectuer un retour en échange en magasin sur les produits scellés seulement. 

Si votre achat a un défaut de manufacture vous pouvez contacter la companie de manufacture dirrectement pour un remplacement. 

Politique d'annulation des commandes

Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler (et de rembourser) toute commande pour toute raison pouvant impliquer: inventaire incorrect, erreurs de facturation / expédition, scénarios de changement de prix extrêmes ou commandes malveillantes générales. Si nous découvrons des écarts d'inventaire, nous pouvons annuler ledit article ou annuler une commande dans son ensemble si nous ne sommes pas en mesure de le remplir. Dans ce cas, nous vous informerons par e-mail que nous ne pouvons pas expédier un article spécifique que vous avez commandé afin que nous puissions définir vos options.

Politique de liste d'achat

Nous allons acheter toutes les cartes magiques et les bandes dessinées et certains pokémon et yu gi oh en anglais - si vous souhaitez nous vendre autre chose, nous devrons discuter de l'éligibilité cas par cas.

Si vous choisissez de laisser vos articles à notre charge pour une liste d'achat, vous êtes tenu de venir chercher l'argent comptant ou des articles invendus dans les 7 jours suivant l'évaluation de la liste d'achat ou vous serez réputé avoir accepté l'offre. Les évaluations de la liste d'achat seront complétées par notre personnel dans les 7 à 10 jours suivant le dépôt, sauf indication contraire par un employé de Multizone. U moment de l'evaluation terminée ils vous contacteront et marqueront la liste d'achat comme terminée mais non Finalisée. L'exécution aura lieu une fois que vous nous rendrez visite avant l'évaluation.

Politique d'Achat de Cartes

Comme avec tout produit en magasin- nous avons le droit de rembourser et refuser tout achat de cartes individuelles. De plus- pour limiter l'abus d'achat de produits limités, nous ne permettons l'achat de que QUATRE FOIS la meme carte. Si vous ne respectez pas cette limite nous remboursserons les cartes d'exedant. 

Espaces de Jeux

GRATUIT : le prix pour venir profiter de nos espaces de jeux.

 Peu importe le type de jeu, nous vous donnons accès à nos tables tout à fait gratuitement pendant nos heures d'ouverture!

 Vous voulez essayer de nouveaux jeux de société? Nous avons une bonne diversité de jeux en démonstration. Ne les laissez pas prendre la poussière!

 Nous pouvons révoquer votre droit d'utiliser notre salle de jeux ou tout autre service à tout moment. Si vous êtes banni du magasin, vous n'êtes pas autorisé à faire un achat dans notre magasin, à participer à un événement ou à entrer dans le magasin. Vous pouvez ne plus être le bienvenu dans l'un de nos emplacements (en plus de toute poursuite légale), si vous nous volez, endommagez à plusieurs reprises nos marchandises, agissez de manière hostile, désobligeante, discriminatoire ou violente envers tout client ou employé. Un membre du personnel peut également refuser le service et vous demander de quitter les lieux pour une raison quelconque (il n'a pas besoin de divulguer cette raison).

Price-Match Policy

 If you find an item in stock identical to that of an authorized Quebec retailer advertised at a lower price, just show us the price and we'll match it.

 Please note that this policy does not apply to Magic: The Gathering®, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and comics.

 

Refunds and returns

 Event tickets, Pre-orders, and Discounted Items are final sale therefore are not returnable.

 You have 30 days from the purchase of a product to make an exchange return in store on sealed products only.

 If your purchase has a manufacturing defect you can contact the manufacturing company directly for a replacement.

Cancelling orders Policy

 We reserve the right to cancel (and refund) any orders for any reasons which might involve: improper inventory, billing/shipping errors, extreme price change scenarios, or general malicious orders. If we discover inventory discrepancies, we may cancel that said item or cancel an order as a whole if we are unable to fulfill it. In this case, we'll notify you by email that we are unable to ship a specific item you have ordered so that we may lay out your options.

Buylist Policy 

We will buylist all magic cards and comics books and certain pokemon and yu gi oh in english- if you wish to buylist anything else we will have to discuss eligibility case per case 

If you choose to leave your items in our care for a buylist, you are required to pick up cash or unsold items within 7 days post buylist evaluation or will be assumed to have accepted the offer. Buylist evaluations will be completed by our staff in 7-10 days post drop off unless specified by a Multizone employee, they will contact you and mark the buylist as completed but not fulfilled. The fulfilment will happen once you visit us prior to the evaluation.    

Card Purchase Policy

As with any product in store - we have the right to refund and refuse any purchase of individual cards. In addition - to limit the abuse of purchasing limited products, we only allow the purchase of the same card FOUR TIMES. If you do not respect this limit we will refund the excess cards.

CARD GRADING

we strive to provide an accurate grading to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that grading can be subjective on a personal level, so here is a visual guide to help you understand our criteria.

Please note that we do not guarantee any Gem Mint cards due to the sheer volume of cards handled daily.

Should you receive items not in the described conditions, please open a service ticket or contact us directly and we will rectify the situation immediately!

Near Mint (NM)

Near Mint cards show negligible wear such as:

  • Scratches are not perceivable without tilting under a direct light source.
  • May have surface scuffs/fogging that does not show through a sleeve.
  • Borders may show superficial wear or whitening.
  • Corners may show superficial nicks, but no more than two corners.



Played (PL)

Played cards may be afflicted with a wide range of wear and tear. These cards are tournament legal in sleeves and can be categorized as follows:

  • Deeper scratches of up to 25% of the surface layer
  • May have surface scuffs/fogging that shows through a sleeve.
  • Borders may show wear or whitening of up to 25% of a card’s length, but not past the black border.
  • Corners may show nicks or wear on up to all corners and can start to affect the white layer.
  • Edge whitening may affect the black border and part of the white border.
  • Factory printing defects that do not affect readability.
  • Factory defects where scratches, or lines appear on the surface. Can be across the whole surface.
  • Factory miscuts on corners or edges, such as scraped ink on foils or blunt cutter.

*If a card shows multiple categories of wear, it may be subject to a downgrading to Moderately Played (MP)



Moderately Played (MP)**

Only select older cards or special printings will be accepted in this condition. We reserve the right to refuse purchases of any cards in this category. These cards’ tournament legality are at the judge’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed. These cards may show the following :

  • Deep scratches that reached the blue layer and can affect up to 50% of the card’s surface.
  • Surface scuffs and nicks may show whitening.
  • Fogging and dirt buildup can affect the reflective surface of the card.
  • Can have indentations or impacts on the card but cannot be felt through a sleeve
  • Edge whitening and repeated indents may affect most of the black border and starts to show the blue layer.
  • Corner wear can start to show the blue layer.
  • Writing or coloration such as a tournament stamp or a signature will be considered inked. Superficial alterations fit in this category.
  • Surface or edge puffing due to extended humidity exposure that cannot be perceived in a sleeve
  • Factory inking defects that affect legal readability, such as concealing mandatory text.
  • Factory defects that leave residue, such as glue or greasing marks.
  • Factory defects that show embedded particles in the layers causing bumps or indents.

*If a card shows multiple categories of wear, it may be subject to further downgrading



Heavily Played (HP)

Cards in this condition will likely be refused for purchase. Most of these are no longer tournament playable. These cards may show the following :

  • Scratches and scuffing that passed the blue layer.
  • Fogging or dirt that covers the majority of the surface.
  • May have surface impacts or indentations that can be felt through a sleeve.
  • May have cardboard degradation such as shuffle ripples, puffing or severe corner integrity that allows for shuffle tracking.



Damaged

Cards in this condition will be refused for purchase and may show the following :

  • Factory production indentation such as mechanical crimping and seal/date imprints that are perceptible through a sleeve.
  • Advanced cardboard degradation such as, but not limited to, creases, punctures and tears.
  • Strong Odors, such as smoke or mold. These will be refused and may have cards in the same container be refused as well to prevent cross-contamination. Cards yellowed by cigarette smoke may be refused as well.

Play area rules

 FREE: the price to come and enjoy our play areas. No matter the type of game, we give you access to our tables completely free of charge during our opening hours! Want to try new board games? We have a good variety of games on display. Don't let them get dust!

 We can revoke your right to use our game-room or any services at any time. If you are banned from the store you are not permited to make any purchase in our store, participate to any event, or enter the store. You may be no longer welcome to any of our locations (in adition to any legal pursuits), if you steal from us, repeatedly damage our goods, or act in a hostile, derogatory, discriminatory or violent manner towards any patron or staff. A staff member can also refuse service and ask you to leave the premises for any reason (they do not need to disclose this reason).
